Ronald E is the Executive Chef and Owner of Curated Communion and a New Orleans native. He began his culinary journey many years prior to opening Curated Communion. He formalized his education at the Culinary Institute Lenotrè and at the Conrad Hilton College at the University of Houston.
Chef Ronald’s career in restaurants and hospitality have made catering a natural fit. The combination of classical training and southern upbringing defines the food of Curated Communion. He believes that food is a communal experience and that each dish deserves to be a tasteful work of art.
